Application of add-on parts

Our core competences are the application of various add-on parts to backlights and windshields. Our team looks back on a long-standing automotive expertise and is well acquainted with all common processes and the corresponding quality specifications.

Depending on the specific requirements and application purposes, we apply plenum chambers, roof edges, sealing and stopper profiles, soldering connectors, mirror bases, plates, pins and spacers using proven and reliable gluing and application methods. Reliable bonding and long-lasting functionality herewith become matter of course. 

Our processes and manufacturing cells are constructed flexibly and are designed for the production of miscellaneous small series parts, pre-series products as well as for prototype manufacturing.
